On the occasion of the launch of «Fashion and Sport, From One Podium to Another» the Olympic Museum will partner with Mode Suisse to present an exclusive fashion show on December 4, 2024, at 7:00 PM. UMA has been invited to participate with four performers – 2 dancers and 2 traceurs !
This event will highlight innovative creations in fashion and sport.
The Olympic Museum is hosting the Musée des Arts Décoratifs de Paris (MAD) for a historic exhibition titled «Fashion and Sport, From One Podium to Another». This exhibition will offer a fascinating journey through the evolution of sportswear from the 1800s to the present day, featuring over 250 garments and accessories.
It will pay tribute to the innovative fashion designers of the interwar period and explore the growing influence of sports on contemporary fashion. Visitors will also discover groundbreaking collaborations between haute couture houses and sports brands, as well as the central role many athletes play today as ambassadors for these prestigious brands.
